Joining Options

Class Packages – set number of classes with an expiration date to use them.

*There are no refunds with Class Packs but you do have the option to pause your package (eg. If studios are closed, you get injured or if you are out of the country for longer than one month) You can email us at info@movestudiohk.com with any questions and we’ll do our very best to accommodate your special circumstances.


Monthly Memberships – After the first month of joining, a monthly auto-payment will be billed to your credit card thereafter.

If you would like to cancel, you must notify us via email at info@movestudiohk.com at least one week before your next billing cycle.

Remember, you can always ask to pause your membership due to special circumstances such as studio closures, travel and injuries. Please email us at info@movestudiohk.com with any requests.


How Do Memberships & Packages Work?

Memberships – Get 8, 12 or Unlimited class credits per month.

If all credits are exhausted before the next month and you wish to take more classes, you can top up for $150 per additional class within the month.

Class Packages – Class packages can use 1 credit per class.

Note: Unlimited allows up to 3 classes per day. No additional top up needed.

Booking And Cancelling Classes

Booking – You can book directly online but we recommend you download the IKIGAI Wellness App (coming soon) for a more seamless and faster booking experience.

Booking In Advance – Members with valid credits can book classes up to two weeks in advance. Please note that monthly memberships become active from the date of sale. New class credits are automatically issued every month thereafter.

Cancellation – You can cancel bookings up to six (6) hours before the class start time and you will not be charged for the class.
