Joining Options
MOVE Studio recognises that your privacy is very important to you and that you have a right to control your personal information. We know that providing personal information is an act of trust and we take that trust seriously.
Unless you give us explicit consent to act otherwise, the following policy will govern how MOVE Studio handles your personal information and safeguards your privacy. By applying for and using MOVE Studio (Elev8Life Ltd) products and services, you consent to MOVE Studio using your personal information as set out in this Privacy Policy.
Class Packages:
Set number of classes with an expiration date to use them.
*There are no refunds with Class Packs but you do have the option to pause your package (eg. If studios are closed, you get injured or if you are out of the country for longer than one month) You can email us at in**@mo**********.com with any questions and we’ll do our very best to accommodate your special circumstances.
Monthly Memberships:
After the first month of joining, a monthly auto-payment will be billed to your credit card thereafter.
If you would like to cancel, you must notify us via email at in**@mo**********.com at least one week before your next billing cycle.
Remember, you can always ask to pause your membership due to special circumstances such as studio closures, travel and injuries. Please email us at in**@mo**********.com with any requests.
How Do Packages & Memberships Work?

Class Packages:
Class packs can use 1 credit per class.
Memberships:
Get 8 or 12 class credits per month.
If all credits are exhausted before the next month and you wish to take more classes, you can top up for $150 per additional class within the month.
Booking And Cancelling Classes
Booking – Book directly online
Booking In Advance – Members with valid credits can book classes up to two weeks in advance. Please note that monthly memberships become active from the date of sale. New class credits are automatically issued every month thereafter.
Cancellation – You can cancel bookings up to three (3) hours before the class start time and you will not be charged for the class.
